Stardust did it again. DJ EQ's "Appleseed" EP was released less than a week ago, and it's already entered the Nu Disco / Indie Dance charts on Beatport in both tracks and releases. All the tracks are rocking, but these two stood out.

Up and coming Polish producer Jackie has been busting out some royally funky shiznitt lately. This one is a bit more laid-back than his usual work, but it doesn't lack that trademark Jackie-funk. That growling bass sound is to die for.

It's been exciting to find more and more people who have started bringing back the true funk sound to house. Tonyboy's take on the title track is a filter-flavoured jacking house treat. Oldschool drum sample magic, ingeniously funky drum work, and a big fat bassline are sure to get the party started.
